Un domingo -muy tarde para desayunar y muy temprano para almorzar- visite Sálvame María, es un restaurante de cocina De autor ubicado en Belgrano, muy cercano al Barrio Chino.
Allí ofrecen un brunch bastante completo: Pan francés tostado, Pinchos de jamón crudo y melón,
huevos revueltos, croissant con jamón y queso,
yogur de frutillas, fruta
Pinchos de pollo rebozado con semillas de sésamo, pepino
tomates cherry y champignones, Hojaldre de brocoli , limón y crema
Camarones a la crema.
Con este brunch ofrecen helado de crema americana con una reducción de limón, vino o un café.($85) Aclaro que eramos dos, decidimos ir con el café, ya que no ofrecían jugo de naranja y lo que me llamo la atención es que si bien podías pedir una botella de vino, no era posible reemplazarlo con dos infusiones, solo una..
El restaurante cuenta con wifi, tiene un estilo de bar Irlandés, con tenue iluminación y decorado con carteles vintage.
Lo recomiendo,el servicio no es el mejor,la espera fue mucha, y para tener en cuenta..la carta es muy pobre, pero si su idea es ir a tomar algo o merendar esta correcto,la calidad de la comida es notable.

Sunday morning I decided to visit 'Salvame Maria', it was too late for breakfast and early to have lunch, Salvame Maria is a Signature cuisine restaurant located in Belgrano, very close to Chinatown. They offer a fairly complete brunch: French bread toast, prosciutto skewers and melon scrambled eggs with ham and cheese croissant, strawberry yogurt, fruit Skewers of chicken coated with sesame seeds, cucumber cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, broccoli pastry, lemon and cream Shrimp in cream.As a dessert we had an ice cream with a reduction of lemon, the restaurante offers wine or coffee as an option with this brunch ($ 85).Just to clarify, we were two, we decided to go with a coffee, and they did not offer orange juice and what struck me is that you could order a bottle of wine, but you could not replace it with two infusions,just one was included.
The restaurant has wifi,It is an Irish-style bar, with dim lighting and decorated with vintage posters.
I recommend this restaurante, the service is not the best,we waited a long time until the waitress came with the menu, wich actually is very poor, but if your idea is to go for a drink or snack, it is correct, the quality of the food is remarkable.
